Greensboro Carnival opens Monday

The Greensboro Firemen’s Carnival opens Monday, July 8, and runs through Saturday, July 13, at the carnival grounds across from Greensboro Elementary School.

GREENSBORO — The Greensboro Firemen’s Carnival opens Monday, July 8, and runs through Saturday, July 13, at the carnival grounds across from Greensboro Elementary School.

The carnival hours will be from 6 to 10 p.m. Monday to Thursday, 6 to 11 p.m. Friday and 5 to 11 p.m. Saturday. Ride Bracelets are $20. The carnival's fireworks display will be Tuesday, July 9, at dusk. The carnival also will be serving oyster fritter sandwiches, scrapple sandwiches, funnel cakes, burgers, fries and more.
