DENTON — Caroline County Public Schools is hosting its annual summer food service program, providing meals free of charge to any child, 18 and under, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

The dates, times and locations for the service are as follows:

Denton, Federalsburg, and Greensboro

elementary schools:

July 1 through Aug. 1, Monday through Thursday (closed July 4) — Breakfast 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.; lunch 11:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.

Maryland Rural

Development Corporation Greensboro

Community Center:

June 17 through Aug. 16, Monday through Friday (closed July 4 and 5) — Lunch 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Caroline County Public Library, Denton branch:

July 17 through Aug. 30, Monday through Friday (closed July 4) — Lunch 1 to 1:30 p.m.

New Life Ministries,

Federalsburg:

Start and end dates TBD, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday — Dinner 6 to 7 p.m.

Marydel Community Park:

July 9 through Aug. 27, Tuesday: Dinner 6 to 7:30 p.m.

St. Martin’s Barn, Ridgely:

June 18 through Aug. 30, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday — Lunch 10 to 11:30 a.m.

Riverview Gardens

Community Center, Denton:

June 17 through Aug. 1, Monday through Thursday (closed July 4) — Breakfast 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.; lunch noon to 1 p.m.

Updates will be shared as needed through CCPS’s website and social media and the Caroline’s Helping Hands Facebook page. The closest summer meals site may also be found on the Maryland Summer Meals website.
