QUEENSTOWN — On Oct. 24, deputies responded to the University of MD Medical Center in Queenstown for a report of a theft. The victim explained that while at work, she began to receive notifications from her bank regarding transactions taking place at Target. The victim immediately went to her purse and noticed her wallet was missing.
After alerting UMMC Security and reviewing video footage, deputies from the Queen Anne’s Sheriff’s Office were able to determine between 10:30 a.m. and 11:58 a.m. Suspect 1 entered UMMC and stole an employee’s wallet. Shortly after, between 12:14 p.m. and 12:20 p.m., Suspect 2 and Suspect 3 used the victims’ credit cards to purchase numerous gift cards at Target in Stevensville. The suspects appear to be male, black, and in their mid to late 20’s. There is no vehicle description.
