QUEENSTOWN — A stolen vehicle that exceeded a posted speed limit of 35 mph in Easton, led Easton Police on a chase before crashing early on the morning of July 7, 2020.

The vehicle, a 2006 black Honda Civic, spun out of control and hit a guard rail on Arrington Road between Rt. 213 and The Queenstown Premium Outlets.

According to Easton Police Department Corporal Jason Dyott, there were three people in the car including one minor. Easton Police Department was the first on the scene. No major injuries were reported.

The driver of the car, Jonathan Ulloa, was arrested after the crash. There was also a warrant for Ulloa’s arrest in Worcester County.

Another passenger, Nayeliz Valle, had an arrest warrant from Washington D.C. for armed robbery.

The second passenger, a minor, who was a runaway, was released to the custody of a guardian. Valle was not charged.

Ulloa was charged with breaking the speed limit and driving a stolen car.

His court date is July 28. He is being held without bond.
