STEVENSVILLE — Robert Marcellous McQuin (90) of Stevensville, MD formerly of Kensington, MD died at his home on December 30, 2020.

Born on November 8, 1930 in Washington, D.C. he was the son of the late Allison B. McQuin and Anna Elizabeth Dent. Bob grew up in Kensington, MD and was a graduate of Bethesda Chevy Chase High School. He then began his career in printing as a lithographer and worked for 40 years with Faucet Haynes Printing. Residing in Silver Springs, MD, Gaithersburg, MD and Stevensville, MD in 1997. Bob loved eastern shore living.

He enjoyed fishing, family vacations to the OBX playing softball into his 70’s he was also a member of the Kent Island Elks Lodge and the Kensington Volunteer Fire Department for 40 years.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years Patricia L. McQuin of Stevensville, MD; Sons: Michael McQuin of Seattle, WA, Patrick McQuin of Glen Burnie, MD and Robert McQuin of Mt. Airy, MD. Grandfather of 10; great grandfather of 15. He was predeceased by his sisters; Eleanor Ricky, Dorothy Reid and Emma Louise Lewis, Katherine Tracey, and brother Allison McQuin.

A visitation will be held on Jan 9, 2021 at 10:30 — 11:30 with prayer service at 11:30 a.m. at Fellows, Helfenbein & Newnam Funeral Home 106 Shamrock Road Chester, MD.
