SALISBURY — Some 11 Queen Anne’s County students recently graduated from Salisbury University. They were among the 714 students who received 606 bachelor’s degrees, 107 master’s degrees and one doctoral degree during a ceremony at the Wicomico Youth and Civic Center.

Centreville area residents include Tyler Barford, B.S., information systems; Zachary Lipscomb, B.S., physical education; and Lauryn Majchrzak, B.A., communication arts, cum laude.

Queen Anne area residents include Phillip Maher, B.S., management, cum laude, University Honors; and Joshua Schmidt, B.A., environmental studies.

Queenstown area residents include Emma Depanise, B.A, English, summa cum laude, University Honors; and Joseph Knaggs, B.F.A., cum laude.

Stevensville area residents include Valerie Abbott, B.A., history and English, magna cum laude, University Honors; and James Studebaker, B.A., environmental studies.

Other area residents include Alyssa Kerley, B.A., theatre, magna cum laude, of Grasonville; and Paige Bryce, B.S., management and information systems, cum laude, of Sudlersville.
