STEVENSVILLE — Queen Anne’s County Public Schools named Centreville Elementary music teacher Heather Efland the 2019-20 Teacher of the Year. Efland was recognized alongside many other faculty members at the 16th annual awards gala April 12 at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
