KI Elks Fall horseshoe champs '22

Saturday, Nov. 5, the Kent Island Elks, Lodge 2576, in Stevensville, hosted their annual Fall league horseshoe tournament. From left, regular season champions Buzz Reising and teammate Kevin Henderson who were the number 1 seeded team going into the tournament, with teammates Ed Mosley and Bert Olmstead. In the tournament, both teams competed for third and fourth place, after being knocked out by the eventual finalists. Mosley and Olmstead took third place in the tournament. Henderson and Reising took fourth. There were 14 teams in the tournament that day.

STEVENSVILLE — Saturday, Nov. 5, the Kent Island Elks, Lodge 2576, in Stevensville, held their annual fall season horseshoe league tournament. This concluded the league’s 30th season at the Elks lodge.

With 14 teams competing Saturday in the tournament, the top four winning teams competing received cash prizes for their tournament placings at the end of day. Seedings for the tournament were done by each team’s regular season record.
