Pet of the week

Loki was pulled from a local Humane Society in February and is about 9/10 years old. He is a very sweet cat that loves to hang out with his foster family. He always wants to be in the same room with you and sleep in your bed at night. He’s got a lot of character and runs around the house doing “happy hops.” He is very laidback and gets along with adults, cats and kids. Loki has been diagnosed with diabetes and Cushing disease. The Cushing’s and diabetes make Loki very hungry and he needs to eat every four hours. Loki would do best with an experienced cat adopter, but we can teach you about caring for his diabetes. Can you be Loki’s hero? Call Chesapeake Cats and Dogs at 410-643-9955 to meet Loki and complete the adoption application found at www.chesapeakecatsanddogs.org.
