GOLTS — Jacqueline Ann Palmer, 38, Wilmington, Del., on Nov. 17, was transported to the University of Maryland Shore Medical Center at Chestertown for treatment of injuries suffered in a single-vehicle crash.

She was a front seat passenger in a Ford F-150 pickup truck. Police located the truck off the side of the road at 12:43 a.m. on Golts Road at Lees Chapel Road. 

When police arrived on the scene, the truck was unoccupied, according to a sheriff's office news release. Police made contact with the registered owner of the truck, identified as William Henry Palmer III. He told police his wife was a passenger, had sustained minor injuries and was later transported to the hospital, according to the news release.

The truck was towed from the scene.
