FRAUD. Detective Christopher Pavon is investigating a July 25 complaint of fraud-identity theft reported by a resident of Point Lane.

ASSAULT. PFC Martin Heinefield is investigating a reported assault July 30 in the 100-block of Flatland Road.

ASSAULT. Robbi Thomas Patrick, 39, Chestertown, on Aug. 1, was issued a summons charging him with second-degree assault; and false imprisonment. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 300-block of Hadaway Drive.

ASSAULT. Tawnya J. Brown, 29, Chestertown, on Aug. 2, was charged with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 400-block of Morgnec Road.

ASSAULT. Sgt. Stephen Lozar is investigating a reported assault Aug. 4 in the 200-block of High Street.

THEFT. Ceirra Dominique Padilla, 26, Chestertown, on Aug. 5, was issued a summons charging her with theft, $100 to less than $1,500. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 800-block of Washington Avenue.

 Kent County Sheriff

ASSAULT. DFC Michael Piasecki is investigating a reported assault Aug. 10 in the 4000-block of Eastern Neck Road, near Rock Hall. The complainant was punched in the face, suffering minor injuries; she refused medical treatment at the scene, according to police. The complainant told police she knew her assailant, according to a sheriff's office news release.

THEFT. DFC David W. Nolan is investigating an Aug. 10 theft of a generator from the front steps of a home in the 21000-block of Harrington Park Road, Rock Hall.

ORDER. Benjamin Leonard Reihl, 32, Rock Hall, on Aug. 10, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with violation of a protective order. He was released on personal recognizance.

FTA. Charles Michael Dicey, 33, Rock Hall, on Aug. 10, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Daryl Vincent Porter, 32, Elkton, on Aug. 13, was issued a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Amanda Renee Biddle, 30, Clayton, Del., on Aug. 15, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released after posting $2,500 unsecured bond.

THEFT. DFC Michael Piasecki is investigating an Aug. 15 theft of electronic equipment from a home in the 23000-block of Clarissa Road, near Chestertown. Loss is estimated to be $200.
