THEFT. Officer Brandon McGinnis is investigating a Nov. 26 reported theft of cash from a wallet in the 200-block of Morgnec Road. Loss is less than $300.

THEFT. PFC Martin Heinefield is investigating a Nov. 27 shoplifting complaint (theft of a jacket) at Tractor Supply.

THEFT. Officer Stacey Shockley is investigating a Nov. 28 shoplifting complaint (theft a a pack of cigarettes) at Royal Farms.

ASSAULT. Detective Christopher Pavon is investigating a reported assault Nov. 30 in the 800-block of High Street.

THEFT. Cpl. Michelle Guerriero is investigating a Dec. 1 shoplifting complaint (theft of sandwiches) at 7-Eleven.

BURGLARY. PFC Samuel Kinser is investigating a Dec. 1 attempted burglary of a residence on Holly Avenue.

MDOP. Tiaira Kennard, 32, Chestertown, on Dec. 3, was issued a summons charging her with malicious destruction of property, less than $1,000. She is accused of damaging four tires, the side panel and a passenger side mirror of a vehicle in the unit block of Cutter Crossing on Dec. 3. 

ASSAULT. Officer Brandon McGinnis is investigating a reported assault Dec. 5 in the 300-block of Hadaway Drive.

MDOP. PFC Louis Speight is investigating a Dec. 5 complaint of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle in the unit block of Schooner Way. Cost to repair the damage is estimated to be more than $1,000.

THEFT. Marcquan Anthony Butler, 23, Chestertown, on Dec. 5, was issued a summons charging him with theft, less than $100; and trespassing on private property. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Nov. 13 at the 7-Eleven store. PFC Louis Speight investigated.

THEFT. Cpl. Albert Piasecki is investigating a Dec. 6 theft of front and rear registration plates from a vehicle in the 500-block of High Street. The registration plates have been recovered, according to police.

ASSAULT. Gary Lee Madden, 60, Chestertown, on Dec. 6, was charged with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the unit block of Rolling Road. PFC Martin Heinefield investigated.

ASSAULT. Morgan Marie Faebus, 39, Chestertown, on Dec. 6, was charged with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the unit block of Rolling Road. Officer Stacey Shockley investigated.

THEFT. Sgt. Stephen J. Lozar is investigating a Dec. 7 theft of a utility trailer tag from a vehicle in the unit block of Schooner Way.

FTA. Christopher Bayard Markow, 32, Church Hill, on Dec. 18, was issued a bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

FTA. Steven Kasell Coats, 29, Chestertown, on Dec. 12, was issued a Washington County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

FTA. Stephen Lawrence Tyer, 38, Chestertown, on Dec. 13, was issued two circuit court body attachments for failure to appear in court. He was released after posting a total of $300 bond.

MDOP. Robert Henry Campbell IV, 23, Chestertown, on Dec. 14, was issued a Queen Anne's County District Court summons charging him with malicious destruction of property, less than $1,000.

FUGITIVE. Clint Eugene Bell, 41, Milford, Del., on Dec. 14, was issued a district court fugitive warrant for being a fugitive from the state of Delaware. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

TRESPASS. Kyle Hanson Marshall, 34, Chestertown, on Dec. 15, was issued an Anne Arundel County District Court summons charging him with trespassing on private property.

PROBATION. Christian Alexander Murray, 24, Sudlersville, on Dec. 16, was issued a Kent County Circuit Court petition for a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He also was issued a Queen Anne's County District Court bench warrant charging him with violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Keeshira Danyae Wilson, 27, Chestertown, on Dec. 16, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with first-degree assault. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
