THEFT. DFC Parker L. Hudson is investigating the Nov. 18 theft of a 2011 GMC Duramax pickup truck in the 23000-block of Handy Point Road, near Chestertown. The truck is valued at $40,000, according to a sheriff's office news release.

THEFT. Deputy Collin Shockley is investigating a Nov. 18 theft of $2,000 in cash from a vehicle in the 32000-block of Sunflower Road, Millington.

ASSAULT. DFC David W. Nolan is investigating a reported assault Nov. 20 in the 23000-block of Baywood Court, near Chestertown. A suspect has been identified. The complainant was told he could file charges through the district court commissioners office, according to a sheriff's office news release.

FTA. Ralph James Peck, 29, Millington, on Nov. 22, was issued a Queen Anne's County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

THEFT. Deputy Jordan Proudfoot is investigating a Nov. 25 theft of a motor vehicle in the 10000-block of Club Road, near Chestertown. Police reported that a suspect has been identified.

BURGLARY. DFC David W. Nolan is investigating an attempted burglary Nov. 26 in the 10000-block of Kasota Road, near Chestertown.

Rock Hall Police

ASSAULT. Joshua Christopher Jester, 27, Chestertown, on Nov. 19, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with second-degree assault. Bail initially was set at $3,000.
