THEFT. DFC Eric Goodman is investigating the theft of a hoverboard from the front yard of a residence in the 300-block of Flat Iron Square Road, near Church  Hill. The theft was reported June 11.

THEFT. DFC Mitch Jones is investigating a June 15 theft of an antique milk can and flower planter from the porch of a residence in the 200-block of Church Street, Sudlersville.

Chestertown Police

THEFT. PFC Howard Eveland is investigating a June 19 theft in the 400-block of High Street. Loss is estimated to be less than $100.

MDOP. Cpl. Michelle Guerriero is investigating a June 20 complaint of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle in the 100-block of Philosophers Terrance. The complainant told police that someone punched a rear side window, breaking the window.

DRUGS. Tyshawn Lamonte Turner, 31, Chestertown, on June 21, was issued a summons charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

ASSAULT. Duane Charles Hardy, 48, Chestertown, on June 21, was issued a summons charging him with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in Fountain Park.

DISORDERLY. Duane Charles Hardy, 48, Chestertown, on June 21, was charged with disorderly conduct; failure to obey a reasonable and lawful order; and trespassing on private property. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Spring Avenue. Cpl. Albert Piasecki investigated.

ASSAULT. Kevia Tamira Exum, 34, Worton, on June 21, was issued a summons charging her with second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 200-block of Spring Avenue.

THEFT. Officer Stacey Shockley is investigating a June 22 theft of two large stone planters, flowers, a pottery planter and three decorative metal towers in the 300-block of Washington Avenue. Loss is estimate to be at least $1,000.

THEFT. Travon Edward Harding, 23, Chestertown, on June 23, was issued a summons charging him with two counts of theft, less than $200. The offenses are alleged to have occurred April 1 at the Acme grocery store.

ASSAULT. Manuel Agusti Rodriguez Miguel, 46, Marydel, on June 25, was issued an arrest warrant charging him with stalking; second-degree assault; harass, following another with intent to harass; harass, a course of conduct (eight counts); electronic mail harassment (five counts); and telephone misuse, repeat calls (five counts). 

 Kent County Sheriff

ASSAULT. Deputy Aquil Freeman is investigating a June 24 reported assault on Georgetown Road, near Chestertown. A suspect has been identified, according to police.

PROBATION. Hannah Emerson McHenry, 27, Chestertown, on June 24, was issued a district court bench warrant charging her with violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

MDOP. DFC Parker L. Hudson is investigating a June 26 complaint of malicious destruction of property in the 31000-block of River Park Road, Millington. The complainant told police that someone spray-painted the tires on his vehicle. 

ASSAULT. Nely Angelica Medina Beltran, 55, Massey, on June 26, was charged with second-degree assault. She was released on $15,000 bail. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 12000-block of Massey Road. Cpl. Scott W. Lockerman investigated,

FTA. Charles Edward Warrick III, 21, Worton, on June 26, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.

PROBATION. Duane Charles Hardy, 48, Chestertown, on June 26, was issued a district court bench warrant charging him with violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Dexter Zephaniah Caulk, 29, Rock Hall, on June 27, was issued a Queen Anne's County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

PROBATION. Jose Manuel Collazo, 31, Rock Hall, on June 27, was issued a circuit court warrant charging him with violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
