THEFT. PFC Howard Eveland is investigating a Sept. 1 theft in the 200-block of Maple Avenue. Loss is estimated to be less than $100.

ASSAULT. Detective Chris Pavon is investigating a reported assault Sept. 3 in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. There are multiple suspects, according to police.

ASSAULT. Francesca Monet Milan, 19, Chestertown, on Sept. 3, was issued a summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred Aug. 12 in the 200-block of North Lynchburg Street. Detective Chris Pavon investigated.

ASSAULT. Brandon Jamar Jameison Phillips, 27, Chestertown, on Sept 5, was issued a summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred Aug. 24 in the 200-block of Maple Avenue. Officer Quency Carmon investigated.

 Kent County Sheriff

DRUGS. Dena Patricia Anthony-Lister, 38, Ridgely, on Aug. 27, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with drug-related offenses including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute; and possession of heroin/fentanyl in a place of confinement. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Christian Mark Palmer, 44, Linwood, Pa., on Aug. 28, was issued district court arrest warrants charging him with second-degree assault; and violating protective orders. He was released on $10,000 unsecured bond for each of three warrants.

THEFT. Donishia Denise Wilson, 37, Chestertown, on Aug. 29, was issued a district court summons for theft, $100 to less than $1,500.

TRESPASS. Stacy Lynne Ashley-Pinder, 39, Rock Hall, on Aug. 29, was charged with trespassing on posted property.

ARSON. Robert Russell Ervin Jr., 42, Rock Hall, on Aug. 29, was issued a district court summons for threat of arson. 

FTA. Myles Alexander Bennett, 26, Chesapeake, Va., on Aug. 31, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. Bail initially was set at $2,000.

FTA. Brandon Roy Maguire, 25, Newark, Del., on Aug. 31, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Daeshawn Ryan Shouman, 24, Worton, on Sept. 2, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; possession of marijuana, more than 10 grams; and numerous traffic offenses. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
