Rock Hall Police

BURGLARY. Four male teenagers from the Rock Hall area have been referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of burglary. Police listed their ages as 13, 14 and 15. They are accused of burglarizing a Rock Hall business on June 27. According to police, one of the boys was an employee and left a back door unlocked. 

Chestertown Police

MDOP. Officer Stacey Shockley is investigating a July 10 complaint of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle in the 100-block of Morgnec Road. 

ASSAULT. Officer Stacey Shockley is investigating a reported assault July 10 in the 600-block of High Street.

THEFT. Detective Christopher Pavon is investigating a July 11 theft of a lawn mower in the 600-block of High Street. 

FRAUD. Officer Brandon McGinnis is investigating a July 12 complaint of fraud/identity theft in the 200-block of Mount Vernon Avenue. 

THEFT. Travon Edward Harding, 24, Chestertown, on July 14, was issued a summons charging him with theft, less than $100. The alleged incident occurred in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.

THEFT. Detective Christopher Pavon is investigating a July 15 theft of a cell phone in the 400-block of Morgnec Road. 

Kent County Sheriff

MDOP. Cpl. Philip E. Trinks is investigating a July 9 complaint of malicious destruction of property in the 22000-block of Martin Wagner Road, near Rock Hall. The complainant reported that a rock had been thrown through a window, which pushed out the plexiglas pane. Cost to repair the damage is estimated to be $45. 

PROBATION. Sharonda Renee Giddens, 46, Dover, Del., on July 9, was issued a district court bench warrant charging her with violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

THEFT. Sherri Lynne Thomason, 38, Chestertown, on July 10, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with theft, $1,500 to $25,000. She was released on her own recognizance.

She also was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with violation of probation. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

Also on July 10, Thomason was arrested on a Queen Anne's County warrant for violation of probation. Pending her release into the custody of the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office, Thomason was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail. 

THEFT. Charles Wayne Blake Jr., 42, Worton, on July 10, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with theft, $1,500 to $25,000. Blake was released on his own recognizance.

Also on July 10, Blake was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

THEFT. Melissa Grace Semchenko, 36, Chestertown, on July 10, was issued a district court summons charging her with conducting a theft scheme, $1,500 to $25,000. 

DRUGS. Trehquan Jamel Blake, 25, Chestertown, on July 10, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail. 

DRUGS. Lacira Chamar Wilson, 23, Denton, on July 10, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Daiquan Jamal Blake, 25, Chestertown, on July 10, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Andre Darnell Walker, 37, Betterton, on July 10, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a narcotic with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
