To the editor: First District Congressman Andy Harris (R) put his name on the “amicus brief” to overturn the election and therefore overturn the American government.

This violates the Third Section of the 14th Amendment. Therefore, according to the language there, he should not be seated in the U.S. Congress.

Why shouldn’t federal and Maryland officials investigate this offense?
