Inaugural 'Best of the Best Chesapeake' contest to honor local businesses Dec. 2

EASTON — APG Chesapeake’s inaugural Best of the Best Chesapeake contest has wrapped up its voting stages.

The contest has generated 58,000 votes for local businesses vying for the top spot across 177 categories such as Beauty and Health, Dining and Home Services.

APG Chesapeake will host an awards gala Thursday, Dec. 2, at the Hyatt Regency Resort in Cambridge. The top three finalists from each category will be invited to attend the ceremonies. Miss Maryland 2021, Lydia Sohn, will announce the winner in each category.
