CHESTERTOWN — Suspected drug paraphernalia and a suspected controlled dangerous substance were seized during a traffic stop 2:38 p.m. March 9 on High Street. Charges are pending lab analysis of the substance seized, according to a sheriff's office news release. DFC Aquil Freeman conducted the traffic stop.

GALENA — Caleb Charles Marvel, 25, Millington, on March 12, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana (two counts); and possess, distribute CDS administer equipment.

He also was charged with a seat belt violation.

Marvel was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

DFC Aquil Freeman conducted the traffic stop at 9:38 p.m. on northbound state Route 213 at Cross Street.

MILLINGTON — Dashawn Chavel Lister, 23, Millington, and Tavon Andrew Thomas, 24, Chestertown, on March 13, were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; possession of marijuana, more than 10 grams; and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lister's bail initially was set at $2,500.

Thomas was released on $5,000 unsecured bond.

DFC Michael Piasecki conducted the traffic stop at 11:23 a.m. on Railroad Avenue.

MILLINGTON — Kylin Michael Willingham, 19, Millington, on March 14, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute; possession of marijuana, more than 10 grams; and possession of drug paraphernalia (two counts).

He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

Cpl. G. Travis Manning conducted the traffic stop at 10:38 p.m. on Edge Road.
