 Chestertown Police

ASSAULT. Autumn Sinclaire, 22, Chestertown, on May 19, was issued a summons for second-degree assault. The offense is alleged to have occurred May 13 in the 200-block of Radcliffe Drive. Detective Cpl. Chris Pavon investigated.

DISORDERLY. Mayur Kumar Patel, 48, and Rajendrak Patel, 59, both of Middletown, Del., on May 21, were issued summonses for maintaining a disorderly house. According to court records, they are managers of a motel in the 600-block of Washington Avenue, where there were reports of loud arguing, fighting, suspected drug activity and non-fatal opioid overdoses in April and May. 

Kent County Sheriff

FTA. Phillip Kendall Wallace Jr., 29, Kennedyville, on May 20, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on $15,000 unsecured bond.

THEFT. Detective Jordan Proudfoot is investigating a May 21 theft. The complainant reported purchasing an item online but not receiving it. Loss is between $100 and $1,500.

CONTEMPT. Kandace Aline Sarratt, 34, Millington, on May 21, was issued a district court bench warrant for contempt of court. She was released into the custody of the Chestertown Police Department.

THEFT. DFC Aquil Freeman is investigating a May 22 theft of a dirt bike in the 10000-block of Flatland Road, Chestertown.

MDOP. Deputy Ryan Price is investigating  May 25 report of malicious destruction of property to a vehicle in the 11000-block of Dairy Street, Kennedyville. Cost to repair the damage is estimated to be less than $1,000.

FTA. Cameron Devon Mills, 29, Chestertown, on May 25, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ASSAULT. Amy Lyn Gaffney, 26, Glen Burnie, on May 26, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with first- and second-degree assault; and reckless endangerment. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ROBBERY. Deputy Stacey Shockley is investigating a May 27 reported robbery and assault in the 10000-block of Chesterville Forest Road, near Millington.

DRUGS. Safir Amir Jackson, 33, Frankford, Del., on May 28, was charged with drug-related offenses, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Aaron Kenneth Warren, 55, Chestertown, on May 28, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

BURGLARY. Safir Amir Jackson, 33, Frankford, Del., on May 28, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with robbery; first- and second-degree assault; burglary; theft; and malicious destruction of property. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail,

Also on May 28, Jackson was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with fourth-degree burglary; and unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Jennifer Mae Ingledue, 30, Chestertown, on May 28, was issued a circuit court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
