HARASS. Tyrese Donrale Keene-Taylor, 40, Grasonville, on Jan. 22, was issued an arrest warrant charging him with harass, a course of conduct; and telephone misuse, repeat calls. The offenses are alleged to have occurred Dec. 1 in the 600-block of Washington Avenue.

COMPLY. Melissa Marie Morris, 27, Elkton, on Jan. 26, was issued an arrest warrant charging her with failure to comply. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

ROBBERY. Ariez Nakeis Smith, 21, Chestertown, on Jan. 28, was issued an arrest warrant charging him with armed robbery; robbery; theft, less than $100; first-degree assault (four counts); and second-degree assault (four counts). The offenses are alleged to have occurred Jan. 19 in the 100-block of Hawkins Drive.

THEFT. Sgt. Stephen Lozar is investigating a Jan. 29 complaint of fraud, personal identity theft in the 100-block of Trafford Drive.

TRESPASS. Freddie Lee Sweets, 66, Chestertown, on Jan. 30, was issued a summons for trespassing. The offense is alleged to have occurred in the 700-block of Washington Avenue.

THEFT. Chief John Dolgos is investigating a Jan. 30 theft in Washington Square Plaza.

Kent County Sheriff

CONTEMPT. Roshayla Brittany Miller, 28, Chestertown, on Jan. 29, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging her with contempt of court. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Jesse Samuel Hall II, 28, Chestertown, on Jan. 31, was issued an Anne Arundel County District Court summons for possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana. 

DRUGS. Christine Nicole Piver, 35, Millington, on Feb. 3, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging her with drug offenses that include possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of heroin/fentanyl with intent to distribute; and possess, receive controlled dangerous substance while detained. She initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

Dennis Eugene Black, 40, Chestertown, on Feb. 3, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with drug offenses that include possession of a controlled dangerous substance that is not marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of heroin/fentanyl with intent to distribute; and possess, receive controlled dangerous substance while detained. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Synai Vertez Smith, 18, Chestertown, on Feb. 4, was issued a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. 

FTA. Latiesha Denise Rochester, 36, Chestertown, on Feb. 4, was issued a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. 

ENDANGERMENT. Diane Margaret McConnaughy, 65, Chestertown, on Feb. 5, was issued a district court summons for reckless endangerment. The offense is alleged to have occurred Feb. 1 in the 10000-block of Kasota Road, near Chestertown.

DFC Parker Hudson reported that he responded to the residence for a report of a domestic disturbance. What started as a verbal argument led to a woman allegedly discharging a firearm inside the residence, according to a sheriff's office news release. Police reported that the gun was secured and the parties were separated.
