BURGLARY. Donta Lavar Montgomery, 29, on April 23, was issued a district court summons for burglary, fourth-degree dwelling. The offense is alleged to have occurred Feb. 23 in the 400-block of Calvert Street. According to online court records, Montgomery has Worton and Millington addresses.

DISORDERLY. A 13-year-old Kent County Middle School student, on April 19, was referred to the Department of Juvenile Services on a complaint of disrupting school activities.

PORNOGRAPHY. DFC Jordan Proudfoot is investigating an April 19 complaint from a parent that a juvenile distributed “intimate pictures” of their young teenager.

HARASS. Eugene Vernon Bethel Jr., 28, Chestertown, on April 20, was issued a Queen Anne’s County District Court summons for harassment.

FTA. Tamika Suzette Sullivan, 40, Wilmington, Del., on April 21, was issued a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. She was released on personal recognizance.

DRUGS. Charles Edward Warrick III, 23, Worton, on April 21, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with an intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

FTA. Tyler Blake Lackey, 24, Betterton, on April 22, was issued a district court bench warrant for failure to appear in court.

Usef Latikk Dickerson, 34, Middletown, Del., on April 22, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with an intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Montrail Cortez Montgomery Jr., 27, Chestertown, on April 22, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone with an intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

DRUGS. Donald C. McClements, 32, Clayton, Del., on April 23, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with drug-related offenses, including possession of narcotics with intent to distribute. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.

THEFT. John Joseph Morley Jr., 48, and Michael Paul Arnold, 36, both of New Castle, Del., on April 24, were charged with burglary, fourth degree (two counts); theft, $100 to less than $1,500; and trespass on posted property. Each was released on $2,500 unsecured bond.

The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 11000-block of Kennedyville Road.

According to a sheriff’s office news release, the men were leaving the location as police arrived. Morley was identified as the driver. He was charged with driving, attempting to drive without required license and authorization; and driving on suspended out-of-state license.

DFC David Nolan conducted the traffic stop at 3:14 a.m. on westbound Kennedyville Road at state Route 213.

Morley also was issued a Cecil County Circuit Court body attachment for failure to appear in court. He was released into the custody of the Cecil County Sheriff’s Office.

ASSAULT. Daeshawn Ryan Shouman, 25, Worton, on April 26, was charged with second-degree assault; and malicious destruction of property having a value less than $1,000. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail. The offenses are alleged to have occurred in the 24000-block of Smithville Road, Worton. Deputy Stacey Shockley investigated.
