ASSAULT. DFC Parker Hudson responded to the 6000-block of Dorlon Drive, near Rock Hall, on Dec. 23 for a reported disturbance. "Upon arrival it was determined that two known suspects had engaged in a mutual assault," DFC Hudson wrote in a sheriff's office news release. The people involved were told they could file charges if they wished through the district court commissioner's office.
FTA. Robert Lee Butler, 38, Grasonville, on Dec. 24, was issued a circuit court body attachment for failure to appear in court. Bail initially was set at $500.
PROBATION. Christian Alexander Murray, 25, Baltimore, on Dec. 26, was issued a circuit court arrest warrant charging him with violation of probation. He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
BURGLARY. DFC Jordan Proudfoot and Deputy Stacey Shockley are investigating a Dec. 29 burglary and theft ($100 to less than $1,500) at Long Cove Marina, near Rock Hall.
BURGLARY. Police report that suspects in a Dec. 29 burglary and theft in the 27000-block of Morgnec Road, Chestertown, have been identified. Charges are pending. Deputies responded at 10:27 a.m. to a burglary in progress and theft of a go-kart, according to a sheriff's office news release. The go-kart was recovered.
FTA. Michael Joseph Parks, 23, Elkton, on Dec. 30, was issued a Cecil County District Court bench warrant for failure to appear in court. He was released on personal recognizance.
ASSAULT. Nicolle Octavia Johnson, 46, Chestertown, on Dec. 31, was issued a district court summons for second-degree assault.
BURGLARY. Safir Amir Jackson, 33, Millington, on Dec. 31, was issued a district court arrest warrant charging him with fourth-degree burglary and theft (two counts). He initially was held in the Kent County Detention Center without bail.
BURGLARY. Bryden Hunter Strannahan, 18, Millington, on Jan. 2, was issued a Queen Anne's County District Court summons for second- and fourth-degree burglary and theft, $1,500 to less than $25,000.
