CHESTERTOWN — With Superintendent Karen Couch having proposed an educational program for 3-year-olds, county officials sought input Tuesday from agencies that serve a similar demographic.

Rosemary Ramsey Granillo, Kent County Local Management Board director, spoke about the “direct impact” that a 3-year-old program through Kent County Public Schools would affect local entities, particularly in the form of grant funding.
