CHESTERTOWN — Shore Leadership will be hosting an information session at the Kent County News located at 223 High St. in Chestertown from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 12.

The core leadership program is an eight-month educational and networking opportunity for aspiring leaders selected from across the Eastern Shore. The 2020 program will begin in April and conclude in December. Applications are now being accepted for the Class of 2020.

Shore Leadership offers executives, managers and leaders on the Shore the opportunity to deepen their understanding of the issues and challenges facing our region.

If you are interested in attending and unable to make the information session at the Kent County News, additional sessions will take place at Easton Utilities located at 201 N. Washington St., in Easton from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Dec. 11 and at the Dorchester Visitor Center located at 2 Rosehall Place in Cambridge from 8 to 10 a.m. Dec. 12.

Board members and alumni will be available to discuss their Shore Leadership experiences and answer any questions. Light refreshments will be served.
