KENNEDYVILLE — Join Friendship Montessori School and Crow Vineyard and Winery for a day of games, hayrides, a petting zoo, a live and silent auction and more at Family Fun Day on Sunday, Oct. 6.

This fun-filled event takes place from noon to 4 p.m. at Crow Vineyard and Winery, located at 12441 Vansants Corner Road in Kennedyville.

Get your face painted, take a hayride through the vineyard, play games, make crafts, check out the petting zoo and enjoy the day. There will be plenty of fun for the whole family.

The very first live and silent auction to benefit Friendship Montessori School also will take place during Family Fun Day featuring unique, one-of-a kind experiences, including:

• A studio visit for up to four children with Robbi Behr and Matthew Swanson to explore art, writing and illustration.

• “Date Night” — drop the children off for their own adventure at Kaleidoscope Art Studio and have dinner next door at Casa Carmen.

• Play with Clay at Marilee Schumann’s pottery studio and go home with your own pottery piece. For two children and two adults.

• A cocktail book collection from The Retriever and The Decoy Bottle Shop.

• Dream up and name an ice cream sundae for the opening menu at Stam’s Luncheonette.

• An energy audit by Nick Moulsdale at Efficient Homes.

• Unique art pieces made with love by FMS students.

The live auction begins at 2 p.m. The silent auction takes place throughout the day.

Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Crow Vineyard is donating a portion of proceeds from the day’s wine sales to Friendship Montessori School, so bring home a bottle of great wine for a great cause.

Attendees can purchase a wristband for $20 and enjoy all of the games, activities and crafts, or pay for activities individually.
