County opens playgrounds at parks, schools

CENTREVILLE — Queen Anne’s County announced Friday, May 23, that playgrounds located in county parks and schools would reopen Saturday, May 23.

Families should still continue with social distancing and to wash or sanitize hands frequently, the county said in a news release. Gatherings of more than 10 people are still prohibited by the governor’s executive order.

Although face coverings are not required outside they will be if it becomes difficult to social distance.
