DENTON — The Caroline County Board of Education will hold a hybrid teleconference business meeting on April 14, 2020. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, some Board members and most presenters will participate via video call. The meeting will begin with a motion to go into closed session at 5 p.m. to discuss matters related to personnel, pending litigation, and/or collective bargaining negotiations pursuant to state government article 10-508(a)(1), (8) and (9).
The public portion of the meeting will begin at 6 p.m. when the Board reconvenes in public session. The public comment portion of the meeting will not take place; however, the public is encouraged to submit comments in writing to email@example.com and this information will be distributed to Board members. The business meeting will be live streamed to the public via Vimeo, and a specific link will be shared on the district website prior to the meeting.
