GRASONVILLE — A 34-year-old Greensboro woman was charged with driving on a suspended license, driving without current license tags, and displaying a registration plate issued to another vehicle, the Queen Anne's County Sheriff's Office said.

Tashaya Raeshon Turner was driving a 2006 Audi with Delaware plates when deputies responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on Grasonville Terrace around 8:50 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 11, police said. She was unable to provide a registration for the vehicle and offered several explanations of ownership, according to police.

Deputies determined that her license was suspended in both Maryland and Delaware for failure to pay citations, police said. The last known owner of the vehicle was located and said she had turned it in to a dealership over a year ago to satisfy a debt and had subsequently been notified of over $300 in toll violations in Maryland, according to police.
